Lillet
Lillet makes the perfect aperitif, adding a touch of French elegance to an occasion and has been one of France's best kept secrets for years. Created in 1872, Lillet comes from the heart of France's best wine growing region, Bordeaux. Made from a blend of 85% of the region's finest wines and 15% of citrus liqueurs, it is aged in oak vats for up to 12 months.
Lillet Blanc (from Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc gapes) has a golden colour with candied orange, honey, pine resin and fresh mint on the palate.
Lillet Rouge (from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes) has a ruby colour with blackberry, cherry, vanilla, cinnamon and ginger on the palate.
