The Lillet Twisted Vesper Competition Regional Winners

‘Tazelaar Vesper’

25ml Lillet Blan

40ml Ciroc Vodka

10ml Bols Genever

2 Dashes Homemade Lemon Bitters

 

Add all ingredients to chilled mixing glass, stir until desired temperature and dilution are achieved. Strain into frozen vintage cocktail glass and spray with lemon oils. Serve.

 

'An Englishman Never Shoots Blancs'

25ml Lillet Blanc

50ml El Dorado 3

5ml Wray and Nephew

1 dash Fee Bros orange bitters

 

Stir over ice and served in a saucer, garnish with a grapefruit twist (discarded).

 

'Regnum Defende'

30ml Lillet Blanc

30ml Beefeater Crown Jewel

20ml Chase Marmalade Vodka

Dash Homemade Earl Grey Tincture

 

Hard shake & strain and serve in Coupe glass. Garnish with atomisation of Earl Grey tincture.
